by Julie Ann Walker is the third novel in her 'Black Knights Inc.' series. It is an interesting combination of suspense, emotional situations and humorous asides and comments. I was a little uncomfortable with some of the violence (e.g. I never expected to encounter a so-called 'Columbian necktie' in this book) but I enjoyed the overall story (although I may never complain about my challenges of housekeeping again after picturing Michelle's house). The males in the Black Knights organization are intriguing and alluring and I think that this was a very fun read (once I got past the 'ew' factor a couple of times, lol). Now I have to go back and read the first two books in the series, Hell on Wheels and In Rides Trouble--yum, hot guys who are ex-military, motorcycles, a little danger and a lot of romance--sounds like my kind of read!
My Amazon review is at this link.
Oh no...headless torso covers. lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for the review, I haven't read any of these.
Yep, those mysterious men who have no heads...it's amazing that they can get as much done as they do, lol.
