Navy Rules
by Geri Krotow is a military romance set on Whidbey Island, located in the Pacific Northwest, which has a Naval Aircraft station and centers around an injured naval officer whose past and present collide when he is assigned treatment sessions with a therapy dog. The insight into the impact upon families and friends of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice as well as the struggle faced by those who have been injured gives realism to this lovely read and shows that courage can be displayed in a myriad of ways. My Amazon review is at this link and I always appreciate a 'yes, this was helpful vote' if you are so inclined. I am happy to report that another tale in this series is in the works and will focus on a couple of the intriguing secondary characters introduced in this story. I will be looking forward to revisiting Whidbey Island in the near future.
